Non-violent communication is the interaction with ourselves and others as well as with nature that all of them sustain together in a positive sense and construct a positive channel that keeps them away from all stresses and worries.
FRAMEWORK FOR INTRODUCING
NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION
Making a social change is a tough task and required a great amount of skill as well as knowledge about the different types of personalities, cultures, religions, likes dislikes, and rural and urban life. The usage of mobile phones has already misguided society which is on the verge of division and discrimination. The false knowledge as well as the perception they have created just by listening to the fake content on social media is very deteriorating and misguiding. There is a need for extreme effort to make them know about the actual prize of Nonviolent communication.
According to me, the following framework can introduce nonviolent communication among team members.
Awareness of Nonviolent Communication: One of the best ways to do this is to make them aware of your orientation course. Once they have been through the orientation course, they will become aware of Nonviolent communication. The second method is to arrange a training session for the same so that they can generate the skill necessary to make a social change.
Providing knowledge about the different personalities: Knowing about different types of personalities they already know what type of people they are going to interact with and how to tolerate the situations that may arise due to this.
Making them aware of cultural (religious) differences: Culture has made the people rigid to follow the customs without knowing the actual reason for following that. The people are superstitious in that if they are not following the customs then they may not become part of their culture. The members who are involved in social change must be aware of the local customs and traditions. Previous knowledge makes them prepared mentally as well as physically to merge with them and then they would better listen to you when you make the see your aim through their eyes.
Stress and Anger management training Sessions: Stress and anger are the two main products that the members will face while they are interacting with the people. The proper training for their management helps to enhance their tolerance power. If the members lose their temper, they may create an unfillable gap between society and themselves. They may have to suffer the boycott.
Train them to express Gratitude: Gratitude expression always lead the members to the right direction.
